A weekly record of what actually changed. Lists that only carry a single updated-on date cannot be audited: you can see that something moved but not what. This page keeps the other half — which record statuses shifted, which parameters were corrected, and which data gaps opened or closed.

How to read a gap entry

A gap entry records something we cannot currently answer. It is not a task list and it is not a promise: some gaps stay open because the data would require a sample we are not in a position to collect. Recording them is still worth doing, because a reader who knows what is missing can weigh the rest of the page correctly.

When a gap closes, the entry that closes it names the source and the sample count. When a parameter is corrected, the entry states what it was and what it became, so a figure you noted last month can be reconciled with the figure showing today.
